"The Business Permits and Licensing Unit (BPLU) is responsible for issuing and renewing business permits and licenses for all types of businesses operating in the City of Tabaco. We also monitor and inspect the compliance of these businesses with the city ordinances and national laws.

We have simplified and streamlined the processes of business registration and renewal, as well as improved the transparency and accountability of our transactions. Our Services
Business Permit Application
Submit necessary documents and fees, undergo inspections, and receive approval from the Mayor’s office to legally operate a business within the City of Tabaco.
Safety Seal Certificate
Safety Seal Certification affirms that an establishment is compliant with the minimum public health standards and uses or integrates its contact tracing with StaySafe.PH.
Pedicab Permit
Officially be recognized as having complied with the minimum standards and requirements prescribed for the operation and maintenance of a pedicab.
Motorized Tricycle Permit
Comply with the city ordinances and apply for a license to operate a motorized tricycle for public transportation within a the City of Tabaco.
Business Closure/Retirement
Cease business operations legally. Settle any remaining financial obligations. Complete necessary paperwork, and obtain clearance from our office.
